Who we are

Compassionate Emergency Response

SL-SAR is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to assisting individuals in distress through evacuation and first aid services during emergencies. We operate exclusively within Second Life — a Linden Lab product — providing timely assistance wherever it's needed in the metaverse.

Founded in 2007, our team has grown to over 40 international members who regularly fly virtual rescue missions across the Blake Sea, Sirens Isle, and beyond.

Outpost BlakeSea — Carrier Deployed

Today we deployed to the Blake Sea. Rosinante, our multi-purpose aircraft carrier, reached her final destination at 05:00am SLT. An Eurofighter, one Harrier and a Junkers waterplane are at the ready to keep the Blake Sea and Sirens Isle a safe and secure environment (SASE).
